SHIPPING

Shipping is free for any order placed whether you order one or more framed gifts sent to the same address to the lower 48 states.

All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Please allow 3 to 4 days for shipping. 

Overnight shipping is available using USPS Priority Mail Express. Expedited shipping charges vary based on the value of the order and additional shipping charges do apply for HI, AK, APO/FPO, and International orders. Please contact customer service for a quote for the additional shipping cost.

RETURNS

We have a 30 day return policy, an in-home trial, if you will. If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return the framed gift back to us. 

You'll be responsible for the shipping costs and the framed gift needs to be in "like-new" condition. Hang on to the box and original packing materials until you know you're satisfied with your selection. 

We will issue a refund for the purchase after we receive the piece back into our warehouse and give it a quick onceover. 

No Return Authorization number is needed. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation so we know who to issue the refund to, and feel free to send back via FedEx, UPS or the United States Post Office.

DAMAGES

If your product arrives damaged, please save the box the frame was shipped in and contact us, instructions will be given to you for a replacement product. Please have your order number ready.
